A home is only as good as the layers you never see again. We build every new home in a deliberate sequence — and we use the Huber ZIP System® for the envelope.

That means engineered sheathing, a sealed roof deck, and an integrated rainscreen working together to keep water out and let the structure breathe.

We work alongside your architect and engineer, flagging constructibility issues early to keep costs and the schedule honest.

Permitting

We pull every permit — building, grading, mechanical, electrical, plumbing — and move the project through City and County plan check.

Construction

Site prep, foundation, framing, systems, envelope, and finishes — with weekly updates and one project manager throughout.

Inspections & Handover

We coordinate every inspection, clear the punch list, and walk the finished home with you before you get the keys.
